Our Gîte is approved to receive children at an early age. The set of baby equipment will be put at your disposal at the request. A baby umbrella bed is available on request, as well as a small bath.
Our cottage has a closed garage to accommodate bicycles and motorcycles in safety. Troubleshooting equipment is also available to you. We can rent you two adult bikes and two children free of charge for local rides. The Ardèche is recognized for the "Ardéchoise" road bike network. Here you will find marked paths, for the VVT, but also marked and secure roads for cyclo-tourism. VVTae (electric assistance can be rented on request) allow you to lengthen your routes, for the less athletic.
When you arrive the cottage is perfectly clean. The beds are made and you can settle in like in a hotel. For housekeeping, either you return the house as you find it, or you can opt for the recommended option to have a person in charge of the maintenance do it for you. The price for this service will be billed to you at 80 euros when you leave.
The House is secure. The car park can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, in a park totally closed.
Our pets are not allowed in our House for the reason of allergy. In fact many customers tell us be allergic to the hair of dogs and cats. Very exceptionally and off summer period we examine on a case by case basis, your requests.
